Returns & Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any goods that have been opened.

If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange an exchange.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and resolve this for you.

 We ship worldwide. All international packages are sent tracked and usually take up to 10 days for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that go missing after being handed over to Royal Mail.When returning an approved item to us, we recommend using a tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any lost returns. Please note, we will only cover return postage costs if we have sent an incorrect item.

Once an order has been handed over to Royal Mail, it is no longer under our control. We do not refund orders that have been mistreated, broken, or lost by the shipping company. For any delivery concerns, please contact Royal Mail directly in the first instance.

Parcels Returned to Sender
Royal Mail will attempt delivery twice. If they are unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local delivery office for 2 weeks. If it is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will refund the cost of the products only, excluding the original shipping cost. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a few working days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
